This was the day I had to say goodbye to someone so dear to me. This is a day i will remember forever.

I vividly remember my close friend calling me at school telling me that they needed O- blood. I quickly left school

One girl was violently crying because her mom was a student there and they had left the house angry with each other.

For the people who had to keep fighting on because they lost a love one; you are not alone.

I saw a community bonding and also healing. Vigils, fundraisers, and shared memories brought us back together.

The rest of the day was just numb. There were kids everywhere crying or just staring into the distance.

My mother who was a first responder paramedic on scene is going through a lot of pain after what she saw.

I went to the fairgrounds right after the terrible shooting and waiting for my loved ones. I received the text and call from my boyfriend while in my fourth period math class.

I was so scared that my sister might not be okay. I sent text after text, first to her, then to my mom.

I was in the library sitting across the table from my friend. She was texting her friend all period.
